In my professional life, I have also diagnosed many others with these same conditions. This workbook was created to demonstrate how I personally view the transformative power of gratitude in changing one’s perspective on trauma.
Over the years, through both my personal experiences and professional journey, I have learned that practicing gratitude has helped heal my anger, confusion, and sadness. It has also enabled me to make the right decisions for myself and to undo the decisions I made in the past that were at the root of my trauma.
