For 10 years, I've journaled 10 things I'm grateful for every day — it changed my life. Now, My Gratitude Journal is here to help change yours too!

My Approach

I believe that true change comes from leveraging the intelligence of gratitude. I replaced pain with gratitude and fundamentally rewired my nervous system, refusing to waste my life asking why. The most painful moments became the source of profound gratitude, which has changed everything.

Without pain, I wouldn't have understood boundaries, healthy love, or self-love. Healing isn't a step-by-step manual; it begins with grace for yourself and creating a gentle space. Gratitude has allowed me to move forward. I wish I'd known that sacrificing my own boundaries for empathy was never noble.

Why I Created This Journal

I created this journal as a trauma-informed resource to foster better mental health and provide education on this critical work.

I wanted to share the insights I gained: that we all share the experience of trauma and the relentless movement of time, which gives us the opportunity to become our own witness of change. You are not doing anything wrong. You are not in trouble. This journal is a guide to cultivating a peaceful, self-accepted presence, grounded in the reality that healing is tricky—it can be loud and disturbing, yet simultaneously quiet, safe, and peaceful.
